Institut Français de Jordanie

The jury was composed of Nausicaa Giraud (Moebius daughter)
Yuko Shimizu (Japan-USA) Sami Nazer (Jordan).
The selection criteria was: “Spirit of Mœbius, Level of line-work and drawing skills, Production appeal as graphic art.”
